Mite Session Update

I would like to thank all of the session volunteers for making opening weekend a big success.  The mite boy’s session times for November 3^rd and November 4^th are posted below. 

If your child is interested in playing goalie, please contact julie.schauer@gmail.com.  Julie will be coordinating the goalies for the weekend of November 3^rd and 4^th; if you signed up to play goalie, she will be contacting you this week with the session you will attend.  This upcoming weekend, goalies should wear their goalie equipment.

Kids were placed into sessions, based on this weekend’s evaluation score; we sorted the scores in descending order, started at the top of the list and worked our way to the bottom filling each session as we went through the list.  We would expect there to be some movement between sessions next weekend and we will contact you if your child will be changing sessions between Saturday and Sunday (so please check your e-mail and voicemail first thing Sunday morning).

IMPORTANT: Please bring both a light (white if possible) and dark (black if possible) to each of the sessions this weekend.

I have received a lot of inquiries from those of you wishing to coach this season.  I hope to have the head coaches (and coaching teams at the lower levels) selected by end of day Wednesday.  I will e-mail all those that indicated they would like to coach shortly thereafter with an update on the coaching situation.  If you have questions on this please PHONE me sometime after 7pm as I will not be checking e-mail too often this week.

After next weekend, levels 3 and 4 will conduct their drafts (on Monday or Tuesday).  In levels 1&2, we will ATTEMPT to divide the kids into teams based on the school they attend and we will ATTEMPT to honor special requests.
